Knotten's Start
New Company, Varied Background
Knotten was founded by Norman E. Wells, Jr. in early 2022, after getting laid off by a small independent exploration & production (E&P) company located in Midland, TX. While trying to find a job as a Geologist, and not finding many companies hiring geologists, Norman decided to put his skills to work for himself.
